It is best practice for companies to maintain contact with their customers to ensure their records are up to date and, where applicable, ensure that their customers receive the funds or benefits that they are entitled to. If companies fail to keep their records up to date, they may incur unnecessary costs, for example by mailing customers at an old address or exposing their customers to unnecessary fraud risk.

Georgeson will never ask you to provide personal information such as bank account details via email, as all of our payments are made by cheque. We will always ask you to call us or return information to us via official forms that we will post to you.
