How to claim your entitlement
To claim your lost shares or assets, you will need to complete the form we included with the letter we sent you. Please note you cannot submit a claim online. It's very important that you make sure your claim form is completed and signed correctly, and that the certified copies of any requested documentation are attached. Please also provide us with a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if there are any queries relating to your claim.
