Charles (Chuck) Garske provides guidance and advice to companies involved in matters that require action by securityholders. His expertise covers a wide array of proxy and corporate governance related issues.

Chuck routinely provides advice and insight to companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, contested solicitations, and corporate governance matters as well as rights offerings, equity and debt tender offers. He also assists companies in the development and implementation of strategic communications to investors, as well as providing companies with an understanding of the historical voting patterns and trends of the different segments of their shareholder composition.

Prior to joining Georgeson Inc. in 1991, Chuck was a Business Development Officer at Marine Midland Bank, N.A. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Jersey City State College.
