    Former March Networks Shareholders

    Any shareholder of March Networks who has yet to exchange their share certificates for their cash entitlement following the company's acquisition by Infinova (Canada) Ltd. in 2012 is considered a former shareholder.

What happened

On April 27, 2012, March Networks was acquired by Infinova (Canada) Ltd. As a result of the transaction, former shareholders of March Networks are entitled to a cash payment of CAD $5.00 for each March Networks share owned.

What does this mean?

If you were a shareholder of March Networks at the time of the acquisition, you should have exchanged your March Networks shares for the cash payment to which you were entitled.

How do I claim my entitlement?

To claim your entitlement, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Complete the Asset Reunification Form that was sent to you and mail it back to us, using the business reply envelope provided.
