The bulk of due diligence mailings will go out in July. Here are 10 tips to help increase responses to your mailings.
1. Include the company logo
2. Include the prior company name if it has changed
3. Use colored envelopes to get the owner’s attention
4. Consider messages on the outside of the envelope
5. Give a specific deadline to respond
6. Allow multiple methods to respond, such as mail, fax, email, phone and online
7. Try to keep it to one page
8. Provide a FAQ on the back or as an insert
9. Include the owner name, address and as much information about the property as possible
10. Include the company contact information for questions
