Gianbattista (John) Verna
Client Service Manager

John Verna has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined Georgeson Unclaimed Asset services in 2010. Prior to his current role, John was with Georgeson Corporate Proxy working on proxy solicitation call campaigns for many companies. During this tenure, he worked on call campaigns related to mergers, acquisitions, rights offerings, hostile take-overs, and tender offers. John received a bachelor’s degree in business management from the College of Staten Island.

Andrew Williams
Client Service, Team Leader

Andrew has over 20​​​ years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Georgeson in 1994 and leverages years of experience participating in call campaigns related to asset reunification and recovery programs - initially as a customer service representative, then as an assistant team leader, and currently as a team leader. During his tenure, Andrew has also been actively involved in a number of projects that cover a broad spectrum of the financial industry, including small shareholder oddlot programs, corporate buybacks, employee stock purchase plans, proxy solicitation, rights offerings, class action enrollment, direct stock purchase plans, K1 reporting and distributions, and a number of corporate actions. 

Robert Cohn
Client Service Representative

Robert has 14 years of experience in the financial services in​​​dustry, with a focus on legal transfers and complex estate paperwork. He joined Georgeson in 2000 and has participated in call campaigns related to proxy solicitation and PostMerger Cleanup™ programs, as both a customer service representative and as an assistant team lead. Robert received a bachelor’s degree from Saint Lawrence University.

Timothy Cummings
Client Service Representative

Timothy has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined Georgeson in 2012. Prior to joining Georgeson, he worked for BNY Mellon in the Employee Products Group on employee stock purchase plans, stock opt​​ions and restricted stock. Timothy received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rider University.

Michael Hughes
Client Service Representative

Michael Hughes has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He has worked with Georgeson since 2012 as a licensed trader and as a registered rep​​​resentative in the Client Services Group. Michael gr​aduated with a B.A. in teaching from the University of Evansville.

Thomas Mackie
Client Service Representative

Thomas has 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 12 years as a registered broker. Prior to joining Georgeson in 2013, he was an assistant vice president at Merrill Lynch servicing broker-dealers and money manag​ers at large institutional clients. Thomas received a degree from the University of Phoenix.

Jess Ruge

Jess has 8 years of experience in the customer service industry. She specializes in finding unique and effective ways to assist shareholders in navigating the intricate legal requirements n​ecessary to help them reclaim their assets. Before joining the Georgeson team in 2014, she studied Jurisprudence and Women’s & Gender Studies at Montclair State ​​University.​
